From there, youll ask your customers/clients/parent/students, etc. to write what they thought of your product or service, sign their name, and date it. The more stories you collect, the better; but dont wait to start sharing these with your prospective customers right away. My hubby and I saw one of these story books at a lodge where we spent the night. We were SO impressed at the comments that we decided to add our own testimonial as well.
